We have an exciting opportunity to join the Kiehl’s team as Keyholder. This position is responsible for assisting Store Manager in achieving store sales goals in conjunction with reaching individual sales goals established by the management team. Provide superior customer service and develop customer relationships that will result in repeat business. Execute short and long term plans to achieve goals in support of the store’s business strategy. Responsible for product and brand image presentation while maintaining a neat and organized store.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Increase excellence in service by accelerating and maintaining customer retention, team education, and customer in store experience
  • Support regional comp and new store growth through store results
  • Upholds standards of customer service excellence, visual merchandising, and store operations
  • Leader and motivator in team productivity
  • Enforce company policies and procedures
  • Oversees team in the absence of and in partnership with store manager
  • Communicates feedback on business results to management team
  • Perform open and close procedures for the store
  • Regular attendance and timeliness for all scheduled shifts
  • This position provides 15+ hours/week; can be discussed with hiring manager

Qualifications:

  • Retail and/or cosmetic experience preferred
  • Prior key holder experience preferred
  • Customer service experience
  • Communication skills
  • Analytical skills
  • Basic computer skills
  • Must be willing to work flexible hours and to work nights and weekends
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Physical Environment: Must be able to work on the sales floor for extended periods, walk up and down a flight of stairs and/or ladder as necessary, and lift up to 25 lbs. on a regular basis
  • English mandatory; Second language an asset
