As a pivotal member of our sales force, your role is to enhance our brand presence and boost product sales within retail environments. With a strong focus on sales and customer engagement, you will leverage skincare expertise to meet and exceed sales targets measured by sales per hour.
As a Sales & Training Consultant you will be responsible for:
• Sales Excellence: Engage with customers on the sales floor to achieve and surpass individual sales goals.
• Brand Training: Deliver compelling and informative brand trainings to educate and motivate retail partners.
• Customer Experience: Elevate the customer journey through exceptional service, fostering loyalty and driving sales.
• Product Consultation: Utilize your skincare knowledge to recommend products, meeting clients' needs and boosting sales.
• Event Execution: Collaborate with the Area Sales & Training Manager to plan and execute store events that enhance brand visibility and sales.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to provide store visit recaps and sales performance details.
What do you need to succeed:
• AVAILABILITY ON THURSDAYS FOR SENIORS DAY IS MANDATORY.
• Experience in Shoppers Drug Mart and Sephora is an asset with a passion for skincare.
• Training on product, Kiehl’s approach, professional skincare application and skincare technology will be provided. Knowledge of basic skincare physiology is an asset.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to drive sales and deliver outstanding customer service.
• A goal-driven self-starter with a keen interest in skincare trends and products.
• You are entrepreneurial, resourceful, flexible, and can solve problems in a timely manner.
• Flexibility: Availability for ALL Thursdays and some weekends.
• Mobility: Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for travel within a 50km radius.
• Physical Demands: Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Must have a mobile device, internet connectivity and ability to submit timecard through an app on a weekly basis.
